digitalization and end-to-end services, a good ecosystem will be created
between demand and supply, especially for Steam Coal commodities.
PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa has various variants of Coal commodities which are supported by Mining, Logistics and Shipping to support trading business activities.

1. Coal Quality Policy
PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa is committed to maintaining and improving its reputation in terms of timely, efficient and quality Coal Supply.
To achieve this goal, PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa implements:
• Coal Purchase Transactions are only carried out to Official Licensed Mining Companies.
• The selection of Mining Companies must refer to the Coal Specifications owned as required by the Buyer.
• Cooperating with Mining Companies in the form of Coal Supply Support for the agreed quantity and period
• Verifying Prospective Buyers by conducting Due Diligence to ensure relevant information and facts to assess the propriety of buyers and transactions.
• Conducting periodic evaluations and improvements to quality policies and procedures to remain relevant.
• In providing quality Coal, PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa will utilize new ideas, innovations and supporting technologies in the field. PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa will conduct sustainable development and set new standards to support the company’s reputation as a role model in Coal Trading.
2. Environmental Policy
PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa realizes that the work carried out during the coal Trading process has the potential to have an impact on the surrounding environment.
The company is committed to protecting the surrounding environment as well as the sustainability of performance in the field by doing:
• Complying with and implementing legal obligations and applicable laws and regulations in the environmental field.
• Communicating environmental policies to all employees of PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa to increase awareness and knowledge of environmental obligations.
• Planning effective and efficient environmental support programs during trading.
• Taking practical steps to prevent accidents that impact the environment and carrying out quick and appropriate handling if an environmental incident occurs at the work site.
