Here we present the stages of the Coal Purchase process at PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa are as follows:

1. The Buyer (Buyer’s End) issues a Letter of Intent (LoI) submitted to PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa.
2. PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa provides a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the Buyer (Buyer’s End).
3. If the Buyer (Buyer’s End) agrees, the FCO is signed and returned to PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa, or the Buyer Issues/sends an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order [ICPO].
4.  PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa prepares and sends a Draft Purchase & Sales Agreement (PSA).
5. Signing of Purchase & Sales Agreement (PSA) between Buyer (Buyer’s End) and PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa.

The initial step to start the process of a negotiation between the Buyer (Buyer’s End) and PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa is the issuance of a Letter of Intent by the Buyer (Buyer’s End) to PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa.

• Full Corporate Offer (FCO) is issued by PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa with a validity period of 7 calendar days.
• FCO will be sent directly by PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa to the Buyer (Buyer’s End).
• Buyer (Buyer’s End) in the event that he can accept/agree & sign the FCO and return it to this Company or issue an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).
• Based on the approval of the FCO or the issuance of the ICPO, PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa will prepare and send a draft Purchase & Sales Agreement (PSA) between the Buyer (Buyer’s End) and PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa to be further processed to the level of signing or binding between the two parties
• PT. Kase Jaya Perkasa prioritizes Free on Board (FOB) Barge Sales and Free on Board (FOB) Mother Vessels.
